Terms and Conditions

All clients will be required to fill in a Consultation Card prior to their treatment. With contact details, medical details and medication list. This is to insure that your treatment will not impact your medical status

For Clients under the age of 18, a parent/guardian signature is required for the consultation card

Payment is accepted in Cash, Card or Contactless

48 hours notice is required for any cancellations

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for missed appointments or late cancellations
